Please bring the following items or your registration will not be processed. Applies to new students, first-time & returning students, transfer students, and adult OCIA:
• Child’s Baptismal Certificate
• Birth Certificate
• Parent / Guardian membership with an up-to-date envelope
• Communion Certificate (for students requesting Confirmation)
Registration & 2nd-Year Sacrament Fees: The registration fee does not include sacramental and activity fees, which must be paid when registering.
Anointing of the Sick, OCIA & Holy Orders
Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick
Those who are seriously ill or about to undergo serious surgery are encouraged to receive the Sacrament of Anointing of the Sick. In the event of an emergency, please call the rectory to make arrangements with a priest.
Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA)
If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a Catholic or completing their entrance into the church through Baptism, Confirmation or Holy Eucharist, please call the rectory.
